Again and again, Sofia and Klara throw each other to the ground. Wrestling is a demanding sport, but for these two young women from Kyrgyzstan, every move builds confidence. Klara shows great promise, while Sofia is the heart of the local wrestling scene. She has competed internationally, won medals, and now shares her experience and skills with others.
